This month rich with colors of the season
The combination of rain and sun along with the proper angle for viewing creates a rainbow leading to the proverbial pot of gold. In this case the gold is a prairie where the deep blue of the spiderwort flower is offset by the golden yellow of hoary puccoon in the background. In ponds and backwaters, water lilies display delicate hues of pink and white aimed at attracting insects for pollination. At the top of the insect food chain lies the dragonfly in wait. Dragonflies are the carnivores of the insect world and are known to eat mosquitoes and other small insects like flies, bees, ants, and very rarely butterflies. They are usually found around lakes, ponds, streams and wetlands, and they can fly at speeds up to 35 miles per hour while chasing down a tasty morsel. Another insect you are likely to see in June is the Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterfly. The Tiger Swallowtail is a large (wingspan to 5 inches), colorful butterfly that is common throughout the eastern U.S. Butterflies can only sip liquid food using a tubelike proboscis, which is a long, flexible “tongue.” Tiger Swallowtails drink sweet flower nectar and are particularly attracted to pink or red blossoms. One bird the dragonfly and butterfly should watch out for is the redheaded woodpecker. It is the most omnivorous woodpecker and will eat beech and oak mast, seeds, nuts, berries, fruit, insects, bird eggs, nestlings, and mice. It breeds in deciduous woodlands, especially beech or oak, river bottoms, open woods, groves of dead and dying trees, orchards, parks, open country with scattered trees, forest edges, and open wooded swamps with dead trees and stumps. Given the large range of food and habitat, you would think it should be here in high numbers, but the opposite is true. Breeding Bird Survey data show the species is declining over much of its breeding range, and it is now relatively rare to sight it in this area. The balloon festival in June allows us to show off the colors that are displayed by the rest of nature. Riding a hot-air balloon is not quite like flying like a bird, but it may be close. Since the balloon is carried by the wind, you do not actually feel any wind when you are aloft. You have an unencumbered view of the area that allows you to see and feel the area like no other method of travel. It is not recommended for anyone with acrophobia, however.Deciduous Forest Food Chain - News

Again, as I mentioned, we are jumping all over the board with different ideas and opinions. This leads to no where. Someone who has good understanding of USCIS / DOS / Govt procedures should come up with an agenda and move forward from there. We'll need to work with IV leadership team too. (At this time, I don't think they are even looking into this effort, as understandably they have other goals in hand). However, we should approach them with concrete plan of action. -USCIS's July 2nd bulletin just said all applications received would be returned/rejected and Greg's thought is that the whole pile must be kept somewhere with the action planned "to be rejected" and nobody is taking action on it and USCIS has to be made aware about that or in their yesterday's UPDATE they forgot to touch about this. ( To me this is internal processing matter of USCIS) With all the porting nonsense going on eb2 will move backward and eb3 will inch forward slowly. We might end up with eb2 and eb3 in 2002. congrats to all the people who ported, the only thing you accomplished is you made sure eb2 does not progress (it does not mean you have have moved forward by porting, it just means that you have made sure you have prevented original eb2 guys from getting green card), the people who ported wont gain any benefit but they will make it worse for everyone, they have to file a second i140 which will take at least another 1 year to clear and after 1 year when the ported 140's clear the eb2 will go back to 2002. You have also accomplished another great feat, DOL is going to make it impossible to file eb2 in IT jobs so even genuine people are screwed. Before people start giving red dots and justifying there porting I have an message for you, your behavior is no different from the people who did labor substitution, the end result was DOL ended labor substitution and the result of all this porting is DOL has made it impossible to get eb2 even for genuine cases. Just because others are doing it does not mean you can do it, obviously it is wrong therefore dol removed labor substitution and now dol is making it impossible to get eb2 for IT jobs even for genuine cases. 90 % of people doing this porting are desi consulting employees, they wine and complain about desi consulting companies as blood suckers (justifiably) but they themselves are bloodsuckers on the EB2 community by doing this eb3 to eb2 porting.
